Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative AI Training Contributor to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Review, rate, and refine AI-generated text, responses, and outputs across various topics.

  • Provide clear and constructive feedback to help improve the AI models performance.

  • Research and verify factual information to ensure accuracy and quality of AI responses.

  • Follow detailed project guidelines while maintaining high-quality data annotation standards.

  • Collaborate with AI engineers, linguists, and project managers to improve content quality.

  • Identify linguistic patterns and inconsistencies in AI responses and suggest corrective measures.

  • Work independently to meet daily or weekly production and accuracy targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, English, Communication, or a related field.

  • Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar and writing skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and evaluate complex information.

  • Basic understanding of AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), or machine learning principles is a plus.

Experience
