Airport Attendant / Ground Staff

We are excited to announce that we are looking for an experienced and pleasant experienced candidate having a pleasant personality to join us as a Ground Staff.

As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for welcoming the passengers and answering their questions. You will also be responsible for selling the airplane tickets and making reservations as and when requested.

Prior work experience as a Ground Staff or a similar role in the Travel department will be an added benefit for the candidate. In addition to this, you should have a sharp eye for details for accuracy as well as extraordinary communication skills.

Furthermore, you should be well aware of flight schedules, weather concerns, aircraft delays, and other factors that may affect passengers journeys. You should also have the ability to solve passengers’ problems quickly.

Responsibilities
Welcoming the passengers when they enter the airport.

Checking the number of baggage the passenger has.

Selling the airplane tickets.

Making reservations as and when requested.

Ensuring safety and comfort of all the passengers.

Assisting passengers by answering their questions.

Helping disabled passengers and kids.

Verifying passengers’ identities and issuing boarding passes.

Conducting security scans of the passengers as well as their baggage.

Loading and unloading baggage to or from the plane.

Performing all the cabin related duties as and when required.

Manning of check-in counters for departing passengers.

Checking the stock levels of the refreshments on the plane.

Offering good customer service to the passengers.
