Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager – Construction Field to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in large-scale construction projects while contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating construction activities from inception to completion.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project schedules.

  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates for senior management.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and project progress.

  • Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely availability on site.

  • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.

  • Support the resolution of on-site issues and maintain strong communication among all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and safety standards.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.

  • Prior experience on large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors is highly desirable.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard field office hours, with flexibility for site visits or project deadlines.
