Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing global operations team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that processes, products, and services are optimized for maximum efficiency and performance. This role is fully remote, open to candidates across Europe and Nigeria, and offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to define project scope and objectives.

  • Conduct detailed market and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, management teams, and technical experts to deliver strategic business solutions.

  • Create workflow diagrams, process documentation, and business requirement documents (BRDs).

  • Identify process improvement areas and recommend data-driven solutions for operational efficiency.

  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and project updates.

  • Support the development and implementation of business systems and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure that all solutions align with the companys business strategy and comply with regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Solid understanding of project management and software development life cycles (SDLC).

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global, and remote environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven environment.

  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule aligned with European or West African Time Zones.

  • Core collaboration hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT or CET).

  • Occasional meetings outside standard hours may be required for international collaboration.
