Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic remote team serving clients across Europe and Nigeria. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our business objectives and technology solutions, driving operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements that support our business strategy and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement.

  • Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.

  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of business solutions.

  • Evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven optimization strategies.

  • Prepare detailed reports and present analytical findings to management and decision-makers.

  • Support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Monitor the progress of projects and ensure alignment with key business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across remote and multicultural teams.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.

  • Experience working in international or remote team environments preferred.

  • Background in IT, finance, e-commerce, or consulting sectors will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible Remote Work Schedule aligned with European and Nigerian time zones.

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
