Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and analytical Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to support decision-making processes.

  • Conduct market, financial, and operational analyses to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in designing and implementing data models, forecasting tools, and predictive analytics solutions.

  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data mining techniques.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
