Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote team in Brazil, serving the LATAM region. This position is ideal for a professional with strong communication and negotiation skills who can identify new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and drive company growth. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with internal teams to convert leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients in the LATAM region through multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling product demonstrations or meetings.

  • Understand client needs and business challenges to offer tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Track all interactions and progress in CRM tools accurately.

  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competition, and customer demands.

  • Maintain professionalism and persistence when engaging with prospective clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven success in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of the LATAM business landscape and customer behavior.

  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close deals effectively.

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Experience working with international clients or across different time zones is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule, with availability to coordinate across multiple LATAM time zones.

  • Core working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Brazil Time), Monday to Friday.
