Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across exhibitions, events, and media production sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, creative, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and progress reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in events, exhibitions, or media).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic & English is a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
