Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our growing remote support team in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.

  • Provide accurate product or service information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
