Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate clinical trial data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform statistical analysis and generate insightful reports for clinical studies and healthcare research.

  • Collaborate with clinical researchers, project managers, and healthcare professionals to interpret and present data findings.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP) during data handling and reporting.

  • Maintain and update clinical databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Prepare and review clinical study reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, or errors in data and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Support ongoing audits and inspections related to clinical data management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Biostatistics, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.

  • Proficiency in clinical data management tools (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, SAS).

  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial protocols, CRFs, and data standards (CDISC, SDTM, ADaM).

  • Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and good clinical practice standards.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in clinical data analysis, clinical research, or related healthcare data management.
