Job Summary

Accenture is seeking a talented and driven Cloud Engineer to join our remote team in India. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud-based infrastructure and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cloud strategies, optimize performance, and ensure secure and efficient operations across various platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

  • Collaborate with software development, security, and DevOps teams to build and automate scalable cloud solutions.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime and reliability.

  • Manage cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization processes.

  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and integration.

  • Perform system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance with minimal downtime.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and clients on cloud best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application management.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Terraform).

  • Knowledge of cloud networking, security principles, and monitoring tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum: 2–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or DevOps roles.

  • Preferred: Experience working in enterprise-scale environments or consulting projects.

Working Hours

  • Full-time remote position based in India.

  • Flexible working hours with availability for occasional client meetings or support during global project timelines.
