Job Description


As the Cluster Director of Sales - Leisure, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all existing and potential guests for both Dukes The Palm Dubai and NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
  • Negotiating and confirming all events within the guidelines of the Hotels Sales Strategy, ensuring optimal revenue generation and guest satisfaction.
  • Identifying and capitalising on up-selling opportunities to maximise revenue through catering and group bookings.
  • Providing efficient and effective service to handle customer enquiries within predefined parameters to close sales successfully.
  • Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to attract leisure travellers and groups to both properties.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns for leisure packages and seasonal offers.
  • Analysing market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the leisure segment.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key travel partners, tour operators, and online travel agencies.
  • Coordinating with operations teams to ensure seamless execution of leisure guest experiences and events.
  • Conducting regular property tours and site inspections for potential clients and travel industry partners.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Mentoring and developing the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Representing both properties at industry trade shows, networking events, and leisure travel exhibitions.
  • Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and brand standards in sales activities.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development and staying updated on industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in hotel sales.
  • Strong sales and analytical knowledge.
  • Experience in luxury hotel brands with strong Leisure sector.
  • Proficient in English and Thai (Bilingual) and computer literate.
  • Ability to influence and persuade with excellent negotiation skills.
