Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Construction Billing Clerk to join our back-office team. The ideal candidate will manage billing, invoicing, and documentation related to construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. This role is crucial in supporting project management, finance, and client relations by maintaining precise financial records and coordinating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process invoices and billing statements for construction projects.

  • Maintain accurate records of project costs, change orders, and purchase orders.

  • Verify work completion, materials, and labor charges before billing.

  • Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliations.

  • Track and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.

  • Support auditing processes by providing accurate billing and project documentation.

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for all billing records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.

  • Strong understanding of billing procedures, invoicing, and construction project documentation.
