Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Clerk to support both office operations and on-site construction activities. The Construction Clerk will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate project documentation, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between office staff, project managers, and field teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize project documents, contracts, and reports for office and site use.

  • Track and update construction schedules, timelines, and work progress reports.

  • Assist project managers with procurement, inventory management, and supply tracking.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for management review.

  • Coordinate communication between field teams and office personnel.

  • Support payroll, invoicing, and billing documentation for labor and subcontractors.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and documentation standards.

  • Assist with correspondence, meeting schedules, and administrative support tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or business administration is a plus.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
