Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee, coordinate, and optimize all construction-related operations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and a deep understanding of construction processes. The Construction Operations Manager will act as a bridge between field operations and executive management, driving efficiency and operational excellence across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.

  • Manage and lead teams of engineers, contractors, and site personnel.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.

  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates; monitor ongoing costs and schedules.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are understood and delivered.

  • Identify potential risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions promptly.

  • Monitor resource allocation, equipment usage, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency.

  • Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in construction operations, project management, or site management.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in construction management software and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in construction management or operations, preferably in commercial or large-scale residential projects.

  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex construction projects from start to finish.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Flexibility required for site visits, project inspections, and occasional overtime as needed.
