Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Construction Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes for construction materials, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials while optimizing costs, maintaining compliance with company policies, and fostering strong supplier relationships. This position plays a critical role in supporting project timelines and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and procure construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in line with project requirements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and reliable delivery schedules.

  • Evaluate vendor performance, quality, and compliance with contract agreements.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to forecast material requirements and budget allocations.

  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends, ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and reports for internal audits and project tracking.

  • Resolve procurement-related issues promptly to minimize project delays.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Analytical skills to assess supplier performance, cost, and risk factors.
