Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Quality Inspector to join our team. The role involves ensuring construction projects meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality benchmarks. As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in supervising construction activities, conducting inspections, and verifying compliance with specifications, drawings, and standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine site inspections to monitor construction work quality.

  • Verify compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.

  • Identify deficiencies or non-conformances and provide corrective recommendations.

  • Document inspection results, prepare reports, and maintain quality records.

  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve quality issues.

  • Ensure that materials and workmanship meet required standards before approval.

  • Support in implementing quality control procedures throughout the construction process.

  • Follow up on corrective actions to ensure proper execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and safety codes.

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Saturday.

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility based on project needs).
