Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires excellent coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and hands-on involvement in on-site operations.

As a Construction Site Coordinator, you will act as a bridge between project management, contractors, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution of construction activities. Your expertise will help maintain efficiency, reduce risks, and support the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily site activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.

  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Monitor construction progress and report updates, delays, or issues to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, attendance, and project logs.

  • Assist in resolving on-site challenges and conflicts efficiently.

  • Support project managers in planning, budgeting, and execution of construction tasks.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project coordination.
