Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily operations at active construction sites. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction knowledge, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate construction site activities and workers.

  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

  • Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to project managers.

  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction work.

  • Inspect work to ensure quality standards and compliance with project requirements.

  • Allocate tasks, resources, and equipment effectively to maximize efficiency.

  • Train and mentor construction workers, ensuring productivity and adherence to best practices.

  • Address and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

  • Maintain daily logs and prepare reports on labor, material usage, and project progress.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project plans.

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • Flexibility required to work extended hours or weekends based on project demands.
