Key Responsibilities

  • Research and write high-quality technical content, including articles, whitepapers, blog posts, user guides, and case studies.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to accurately convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Edit, proofread, and fact-check all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

  • Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product updates or new releases.

  • Optimize content for SEO while maintaining a professional and authoritative tone.

  • Translate complex data and processes into easy-to-understand visuals or written explanations.

  • Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to maintaining a consistent editorial style across all content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a technical or marketing copywriter in the technology, software, or engineering industry.

  • Excellent command of English with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with SEO writing and digital content optimization.

Experience
