Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a motivated and articulate Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic client support team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who possess strong communication skills in English and Indian regional languages (such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam). The position involves managing customer interactions across various channels, ensuring top-quality service delivery, and supporting our clients in a professional and timely manner. Visa sponsorship (S Pass) is available for qualified international candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Follow up on unresolved customer issues to ensure full satisfaction.

  • Work closely with other departments (Sales, Logistics, Operations) to ensure customer expectations are met.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service processes and product knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one Indian language.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and empathetic approach.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client relations roles.

  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: 5–6 days per week.

  • Rotational shifts may apply depending on business needs.

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time).
