Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated Danish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team in Spain. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Danish-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction across all communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver efficient, friendly, and professional assistance that upholds our companys standards for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat communications in Danish and English.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and with empathy.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
