HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist – AI Trainer (Remote) to help enhance AI-driven support systems. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving customer experiences, enjoys problem-solving, and can analyze user interactions to train and refine AI models for accuracy and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with AI systems to evaluate, test, and improve their understanding of customer inquiries.

  • Review and rate AI-generated responses for clarity, tone, and correctness.

  • Train AI models using real-world customer service scenarios and feedback data.

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to identify and correct recurring AI response issues.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of testing results and provide actionable insights.

  • Simulate realistic customer interactions to enhance AI adaptability across various support situations.

  • Assist in the development of conversation scripts, FAQs, and AI behavior guidelines.

  • Ensure consistency in the AI  voice, empathy, and professionalism when responding to users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Business Administration, Linguistics, or related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Familiarity with customer service processes or helpdesk tools.

  • Comfortable working with AI tools, chatbots, or virtual assistants.

Experience
