Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights that will drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.

  • Create data models and perform predictive or statistical analyses where required.

  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders through visualizations and reports.

  • Continuously improve data collection and reporting processes for enhanced efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).

  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis preferred.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical field.

  • Experience in remote collaboration tools and self-driven work environments is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with the ability to manage your schedule.

  • Standard commitment: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
