Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry and Scheduling Virtual Assistant to support our growing remote operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and managing data, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets.

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and calendars for multiple team members.

  • Assist with creating reports, summaries, and documentation as required.

  • Respond to emails and messages promptly, ensuring professional communication.

  • Coordinate with team members to track deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and suggest process enhancements.

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Working Hours
