Disney is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data within Disneys internal systems, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and verify large volumes of data into Disneys internal databases and systems.

  • Review and cross-check information for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections when necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality and data security in accordance with Disneys information management policies.

  • Generate reports, summaries, and presentations as required by the management team.

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure data integrity and smooth workflow.

  • Assist in data audits and provide administrative support for digital recordkeeping.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the improvement of data entry processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management software.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM preferred).

  • Good command of written and verbal English communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, or clerical work preferred.
