Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist based in the Philippines to join our growing remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, generating analytical reports, and supporting business operations with precise data entry and analysis.

This is a remote position that allows you to work from home while collaborating with global teams in a structured and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain large data sets in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Perform daily data validation, error checking, and data cleansing to ensure accuracy.

  • Generate reports and summaries using advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure data consistency across systems.

  • Organize and store digital files systematically for easy retrieval.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security standards.

  • Assist in the automation of repetitive data tasks to improve efficiency.

  • Meet daily and weekly data entry targets with precision and speed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas) and Google Sheets (Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Functions).

  • Strong typing skills with a minimum accuracy of 95% or higher.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience
