Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our remote operations team in the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, managing, and maintaining accurate data across spreadsheets and databases to support our business operations. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and a passion for accuracy in data handling. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal databases.

  • Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.

  • Manage large volumes of data entry projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

  • Perform data cleanup, formatting, and validation to ensure uniformity and completeness.

  • Generate reports, summaries, and data analyses as requested by management.

  • Coordinate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth data workflow and communication.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and client information.

Required Skills and Qualifications
