Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for various business functions.

  • Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to identify reporting requirements.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates to management.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.

  • Suggest process improvements to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting workflows.

  • Document and communicate findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in data reporting and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into clear business recommendations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.

  • Experience in a remote work environment is advantageous.
