Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our dynamic remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.

  • Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.

  • Develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.

  • Design and implement experiments (A/B testing) to measure the impact of data solutions.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.

  • Monitor model performance, conduct regular evaluations, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and modeling.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

  • Hands-on experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).

  • Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling concepts.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in a data science or data analytics role.

  • Proven track record of implementing machine learning or predictive analytics projects in a business environment.
