Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking hardworking and safety-conscious Demolition Workers to join our construction project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for dismantling, demolishing, and clearing building structures to prepare construction sites for new development. The ideal candidate is physically fit, has strong attention to safety protocols, and can work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely demolish walls, floors, and structures using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.

  • Remove debris, hazardous materials, and scrap from job sites.

  • Follow blueprints, project plans, and supervisor instructions to complete demolition tasks.

  • Operate machinery such as jackhammers, sledgehammers, and drills where required.

  • Ensure proper disposal of materials according to safety and environmental regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the demolition site.

  • Assist construction teams in site preparation and follow-up work after demolition.

  • Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance standards to prevent accidents and injuries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of demolition techniques and construction practices.

  • Ability to use a variety of demolition tools and equipment safely.

  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

Experience
