Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a passionate and creative Digital Content & Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our brands digital presence and storytelling across platforms. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our influencer and content marketing strategies in Spain and beyond. You will be responsible for developing engaging digital campaigns, building strong influencer partnerships, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital content and influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand goals.

  • Identify, engage, and manage influencers and content creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

  • Plan and oversee content creation, including visuals, videos, and written materials for social media, websites, and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, and product) to ensure message consistency and brand alignment.

  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with insights and optimization strategies.

  • Stay up to date with social media trends, new influencer marketing tools, and emerging digital platforms.

  • Negotiate influencer contracts, ensuring deliverables and brand guidelines are met.

  • Manage budgets for influencer collaborations and digital content production.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for audience engagement and brand storytelling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in content marketing, influencer management, or social media strategy (minimum 3 years).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media algorithms.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in content planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).

  • Ability to write compelling copy and oversee creative content production.

  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or brand management.

  • Experience working with Spanish or European markets is highly desirable.

  • Prior remote or hybrid work experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).

  • Flexible working schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM CET.

  • 100% remote – work from anywhere within Spain.
