Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Manage and optimize website content for higher search rankings and conversion rates.

  • Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital channels.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

  • Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization efforts.

  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on all campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, and social media management.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and digital storytelling.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns and strategy execution.

  • Previous experience managing digital marketing teams or working in an agency environment is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Friday.
