Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Client Enablement to lead initiatives that enhance client success, satisfaction, and long-term retention. This remote leadership role will oversee client onboarding, enablement strategy, and customer experience optimization across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client relationship management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for creating scalable enablement programs that empower clients to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Client Enablement Strategy focused on improving client engagement, product adoption, and business outcomes.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of client enablement professionals to deliver world-class client experiences.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to align enablement initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Design and implement scalable onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-value for clients.

  • Analyze client feedback, data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of client engagement processes.

  • Manage communication and enablement tools, including CRM systems, knowledge bases, and client education platforms.

  • Serve as the primary advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively communicated to internal teams.

  • Oversee development of enablement materials such as training guides, webinars, and best-practice documentation.

  • Drive alignment between business objectives and client outcomes through proactive enablement strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Masters preferred).

  • 10+ years of experience in Client Enablement, Customer Success, or Strategic Account Management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle management and enablement best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with CRM and client engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).

  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.

  • Strong leadership qualities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading client enablement, customer success, or professional services teams.

  • Proven record of designing and implementing scalable client enablement programs.

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or consulting industries preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Remote (USA-based) role.
