Job Summary

Disney is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and digitally savvy Social Media Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for quick resolution.

  • Monitor social media conversations and trends to identify potential issues or opportunities for engagement.

  • Maintain Disneys tone of voice and brand integrity in all communications.

  • Provide insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction across social platforms.

  • Document interactions accurately and maintain customer service reports.
