Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and motivated E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic Accounts & Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales performance, managing marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and ensuring seamless account management. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, data-driven decision-making, and a strong customer-centric mindset. You will play a key role in scaling business operations while maintaining operational excellence and contributing to Amazons commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon marketplace accounts, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability across multiple product categories.

  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying trends, insights, and actionable opportunities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform pricing, promotional campaigns, and product launches.

  • Implement operational best practices, process improvements, and automation where applicable.

  • Resolve escalated account or customer issues promptly while maintaining compliance with Amazon policies.

  • Prepare regular reports and present performance updates to senior management, highlighting key initiatives and results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce accounts, preferably on Amazon or other major marketplaces.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data analytics tools to drive business decisions.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and product listing optimization.

  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Experience

Working Hours
