Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and organized Education Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our online tutoring programs. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education and adept at administrative coordination. As an Education Virtual Assistant, you will support tutors, students, and educational operations, ensuring a seamless online learning experience. You will manage schedules, coordinate communication, assist in content management, and contribute to a productive and engaging online education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating online tutoring sessions for students and instructors.

  • Manage communication between tutors, students, and parents via email, chat, and video conferencing platforms.

  • Maintain and update student records, attendance, and performance reports.

  • Prepare, organize, and distribute educational materials, lesson plans, and resources.

  • Monitor and support students learning progress, providing reminders and guidance where necessary.

  • Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to online learning platforms.

  • Collaborate with the education team to streamline administrative and operational processes.

  • Conduct follow-ups with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and engagement.

  • Support special projects or events as required by the education department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with online learning platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Moodle, etc.).

Experience:
