Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.

  • Segment email lists based on customer data to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Create compelling email content, including subject lines, body content, and CTAs that align with brand guidelines.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure email campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy.

  • Maintain email marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.

  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and other strategies to improve engagement and ROI.

  • Assist in automating email workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
