Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform basic statistical analyses and generate reports to support business objectives.

  • Assist in the preparation of dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for internal teams.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets to support decision-making processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.

  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring proper documentation of processes and results.

  • Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis Toolpak).

  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present data insights clearly.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience is required; this role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in data analysis or related fields.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility for occasional overtime depending on project requirements.
