We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. This role is remote, allowing you to work from home and contribute to our team success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting text and numerical information from source documents into the computer system.
  • Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it with source documents.
  • Updating and maintaining data integrity within the database.
  • Generating reports based on inputted data as required.
  • Responding to inquiries regarding data and information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be advantageous.
  • Fast typing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience:
Previous data entry experience preferred but not required.

Working Hours:
Part-time, flexible hours. Approximately 15-20 hours per week.
