Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a motivated Entry Level Technical Executive to join our team in the industrial equipment sector. The role involves assisting in technical support, documentation, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations of industrial equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to clients for industrial equipment via phone, email, or virtual platforms.

  • Assist in preparing technical reports, equipment documentation, and user manuals.

  • Coordinate with senior engineers and product specialists to resolve complex issues.

  • Conduct remote demonstrations, product overviews, and basic troubleshooting sessions for clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and solutions in the company system.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth equipment delivery, installation guidance, and after-sales service.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments.

  • Support the sales and technical teams with pre-sales and post-sales activities when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic understanding of industrial equipment, machinery, or technical systems (training will be provided).

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with remote support tools.

Experience
