Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our construction team. The successful candidate will operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other earthmoving equipment, to execute construction and infrastructure projects efficiently. This role requires a focus on precision, safety, and teamwork to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate various types of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and backhoes, in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure operational reliability.

  • Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to achieve site objectives.

  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company regulations.

  • Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and material movement tasks.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.

  • Collaborate with site engineers, foremen, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid equipment operator license or certification.

  • In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery operations and safety procedures.

  • Strong understanding of construction site protocols and safety regulations.

  • Ability to read and interpret site plans and technical drawings.
