Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Support Assistant to join our wedding planning team. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure that every wedding is flawlessly executed from start to finish. You will work closely with the lead wedding planner and event team to deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients, handling both behind-the-scenes coordination and on-site support during events. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead planner with event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.

  • Support client communications, including follow-ups, confirmations, and timeline updates.

  • Help prepare event materials such as seating charts, décor layouts, and checklists.

  • Provide on-site support during weddings, including guest assistance, vendor management, and problem-solving.

  • Monitor event flow to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to the clients expectations.

  • Coordinate set-up and tear-down of event spaces.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of event details and expenses.

  • Offer administrative support such as data entry, email correspondence, and filing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
