Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Excavator Operator to join our heavy construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating excavators and other heavy machinery to move earth, dig trenches, load materials, and support various construction projects. This role is essential to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule, contributing to the overall success of large-scale infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate excavators and related heavy machinery to perform excavation, digging, grading, and loading tasks.

  • Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and instructions to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

  • Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of machinery to ensure safety and reliability.

  • Assist in the setup of construction sites, including marking excavation areas and coordinating with other equipment operators.

  • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company and regulatory standards.

  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.

  • Collaborate with the construction team to optimize workflow and project efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid Excavator Operator certification or relevant vocational training.

  • Proven experience operating excavators in heavy construction or similar environments.

  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction site protocols.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and site layouts.

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.

  • Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor and sometimes challenging environments.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in heavy construction or civil engineering projects.
