Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This role focuses on managing financial records, tracking expenses, and preparing accurate invoices to support smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

As a Finance Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial transactions are recorded correctly, invoices are sent on time, and financial data is organized for reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly expenses across multiple accounts and categories.

  • Prepare and send invoices accurately and on schedule to clients or vendors.

  • Reconcile accounts, review financial statements, and ensure records are up-to-date.

  • Maintain organized digital financial files and documentation for auditing purposes.

  • Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and forecasting activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for payment follow-ups.

  • Identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues proactively.

  • Utilize financial software and spreadsheets for efficient record-keeping and reporting.

  • Provide regular reports to management on expenses, invoices, and financial health.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or other financial tools/software.

  • Strong understanding of invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record management.

Experience:
