Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and business forecasting. You will be responsible for supporting strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from financial data, trends, and metrics. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and support decision-making.

  • Analyze financial data and provide reports on profitability, cash flow, expenses, and budgets.

  • Conduct variance analysis and identify key performance trends.

  • Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess financial implications of business decisions.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and dashboards.

  • Evaluate investment opportunities, cost-reduction strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and financial analysis tools.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.

  • Experience in preparing financial reports and analyzing large datasets.

  • Exposure to remote or distributed work environments will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote work schedule.

  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

  • Core collaboration hours between 9 AM – 5 PM (local time) for team meetings and updates.
