The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain various types of flooring, including vinyl, laminate, hardwood, tile, and carpet, in commercial settings.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine appropriate flooring layouts.

  • Prepare subfloors and surfaces, ensuring they meet required standards for level, moisture content, and durability.

  • Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials accurately to avoid waste and achieve seamless finishes.

  • Operate flooring installation tools and machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.

  • Collaborate with construction team members to ensure timely completion of flooring projects.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
