Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking diligent and motivated General Laborers to join our highway construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of physical labor tasks on construction sites, supporting the team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in outdoor, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist skilled workers with daily construction tasks related to highway projects, including road grading, paving, and site preparation.

  • Load and unload materials, equipment, and tools safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.

  • Operate basic machinery and hand tools under supervision, following safety guidelines.

  • Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to support timely project completion.

  • Assist with traffic management and safety protocols around active construction areas.

  • Report any hazards, equipment issues, or site concerns immediately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.

  • Basic understanding of construction site operations is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.

  • Awareness of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
