Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and reliable General Maintenance Worker to join our construction team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on construction sites, ensuring that machinery, tools, and facilities are in excellent working condition. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of construction equipment, tools, and machinery.

  • Assist in site setup, including assembling and dismantling temporary structures, scaffolding, and safety equipment.

  • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as needed.

  • Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and industry safety standards.

  • Support the construction team with general labor tasks, including moving materials, debris removal, and site preparation.

  • Follow work orders, blueprints, and instructions accurately to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Assist with inventory management of tools, equipment, and supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical).

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
