Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking dedicated and hardworking General Warehouse Laborers to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is critical in supporting daily warehouse operations, including the safe handling, movement, and organization of inventory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and timely warehouse operations across day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments with attention to accuracy and safety.

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company procedures.

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently (if certified).

  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

  • Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.

  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts as scheduled.

  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
